Good Morning everyone! Happy Website Wednesday and happy 1st day of July!
My husband and I like to dine out and we have those few favorite menu items that we love and wish we could make at home, like TGI Friday's Jack Daniel Glaze or Red Lobster Biscuits! My husband stumbled over this website and I thought I'd share. www.copykat.com has a TON of recipes, including my Jack Daniel Glaze and Biscuits! It also has a lot of the restaurant recipes, a lot of other great recipes and discussion boards. I think it's a good site to stick into your favorites. I know we are going to try a few of our favorite recipes at home now and hopefully save a little money too!

Friday's Fabulous Find!
I just realized this is my 102nd post! Yay!
TGIF! What a sad week in the entertainment industry. Ed, Farrah and Michael. Michael was my Elvis. I'm still in shock. I know the man got creepy, and was "accused" of child molestation, but the man was talented. That's what we need to remember, how he could write, sing and dance. Radio stations have been playing blocks of Michael Music. He has soooo many great songs!! I said it yesterday, he will be missed, but never forgotten. RIP Michael.

Monday Monday...
Good Morning Monday!
98 for the high with a heat index of 107! Sizzling!
When it's 82 degrees when you wake up and you are sweaty getting out of the shower... you know the day is going to be blah.
I ran out the door and decided to hit up McDonald's for a ice tea and maybe a biscuit... well I am notorious for never carrying cash, I debit card everything I buy, yes even the $1.00 tea. Well today, McDonald's decides to accept cash only. At first I was like you've got to be kidding me, I've sat in this drive thru line 10 minutes! Put out some signs! Then I decided that it's for my own health and went to work. For those who know me, you know that when this chubafata girl doesn't get food, she gets cranky.... :)
More Monday for you, 7:30 am. My computer at work decides to not work! I don't know what it is, but it just randomly decides to dye on me about once-twice a week. I swear the Computer Guy has it bugged just so he can make money! But as you can see, finally up and running by 10:00.
Headlines: 25 worst neighborhoods in the US. What's that? #8 is Kansas City, MO? No surprise to this girl. Oh and #6?! Every day I turn on the news just to hear who was shot, stabbed or beaten. What I find interesting is the study shows what your chances of becoming a victim are. The #6 KCMO Neighborhood of 64128/64127 is 1 out of 7! And the #8 KCMO neighborhood of 64110 is 1 out of 8! I don't like those chances! The #1 city is Cincinnati, OH 45210/45214.

I've been really busy the past few weeks and haven't had much time to research any 'new' websites, so I thought I'd toss one that my friend uses a lot. Most of you probably have heard of this site or even received info from it, but I couldn't think of anything else to use today... so today's site is Evite! www.evite.com
Evite lets you send out Party invitations and announcements. They have several themes to choose from. They also offer party tips and planning ideas. My friend Leslie uses this for almost every event she's hosted and gets great response from it. I've also recently received baby shower invitations through Evite! It's a great way to save on postage stamps, just be sure that everyone is expecting it to come e-mail.

Happy Wednesday! I think everyone will be able to use today's website. I was very excited when AOL did a brief article on it. I am a pessimist, I can't help it. In my mind, I see the good in advertising all these great deals, but the pessimist in me can't help but want to scream at the news shows and AOL and places... (i guess I'm included in this category since I'm sharing it with you) that broadcast what great deals you can get. Even things for FREE! In my mind retailers are going to hear about this and start changing their policy and doing away with coupons when they realize how much money they could end up losing! Then we are all screwed in the end! It's OK for me to share, I have 7 followers! not a Zillion!

For Instance, Old Navy is doing a coupon website where you have to click and find coupons. Well she was lucky and snagged the Save $75 off of $100 coupon! (I couldn't begin to imagine the damage I could do at old navy with that coupon.) She gave the location of it.. and well my friends... there are no more of those fantastic coupons left. There are a few not so greats out there, like save $10 off of $50 and so on. She also tells you how to "stack" your coupons and things like that and lets you know when stores offer double and even triple coupon days! Check it out! Hope this helps you all save a few dollars during this hard economic time!

10 Months already???!!!
Wow can you believe that Danny & I have already been married 10 months?! This year is flying by! I remember this time last year I was going for my first dress fitting! Yay!
How was everyones weekend?
Mine was OK...
Thursday - Danny & I took the Nieces and Nephew fishing. We didn't catch anything worth keeping... After we took the kids back to my brother, Danny and I went to the lake to do some more fishing. I caught a bass, too small to keep. It was nice out, warm breeze, we were enjoying the late afternoon together... and then out of nowhere... I see what appears to be a snake swimming in the lake... I start to panic... I HATE snakes. Danny confirms it is a snake. Just then, the snake must have smelled my fear and decided he needed to swim to us. I reeled in my pole, grabbed my chair and ran to the car. It seemed like it took Danny forever to get to the car, once he did he just starts busting out laughing. I for the life of me had no clue what was so funny. He continues to laugh and say he's never seen me move so quick in his life, he swears my feet didn't touch the ground. :) I typically move at the pace of a turtle. That was the end of our fishing for Thursday.
Friday - I'm drawing a blank as to what I did...
Saturday - I watched my nephews and nieces fish at a local fishing derby. They didn't catch enough to win but they had a good time. There were so many people out there. I think this was the biggest turn out yet. We set up our chairs and the kids fishing stuff, we are enjoying watching all the kids and families. Just then Dad said, there is a snake swimming by Chez's bobber. You could see the fear in my eyes and see the panic crawling through my skin... it swims right up to the bank by the kids. I'm telling the kids to get back while my sister n law thinks she can catch it! No No No! Finally the snake swims off and we enjoy the rest of the afternoon. I just hate snakes. Saturday evening my husband wants to go fishing after work, this time, a turtle wouldn't stop attacking my bait and bobber. no matter where I would cast my pole, the turtle slowly made his way to my bait/bobber. Not a fun evening of fishing. My idea of fishing is catching fish! Not running from snakes and turtles!
Sunday - the air conditioner is out in the apartment. I didn't do anything but park my butt with the dog in front of the fan. Man was it hot. The dog even got sick it was so hot in there. Thank goodness for the thunderstorms that rolled in and cooled us off about 30 degrees!
OK I'm done rambling... I hope all had a good weekend!

Friday's Fabulous Find!
Good Morning and Happy Friday! This week sure has gone by fast! I haven't been finding very many deals lately that deserve the title "Fabulous". I give to you.. The Rain Forest Cafe! This weeks coupon is a good deal, if you live close to one. Unfortunately they shut the Kansas City location down. I called the "Landry's Restaurant's" customer service and said that local Kansas Citians can use their coupons at T-Rex Restaurant. I haven't verified this information with T-Rex but will definitely do so before I truck it up to the Legends.

Hello Everyone! I am so excited about today's website!!!
As you all know, I am a huge fan of Kristin Steede from the Biggest Loser 7. I never was much into that show until season 7. They actually had females my size on there! My husband and I both found Kristin and Filipe to be our favorites. I was amazed with Kristin in so many ways. Here she was, my size woman, her weight was in the way of her having a baby, I related to her on so many levels. I watched her change her life every week.

Her site is new and still a work in progress. On her site, you can find her Biography, you can schedule Kristin to come speak to a group about her journey, and you can read her blog. Her blog is great, she has started giving her story of what it is like on the biggest loser ranch and what her work outs were like. I enjoy it, I think you will too.
