Cards

So lately I've been trying some new ideas for cards.... However they all end up looking a like!  They are so simple compared to others I see.  Here are a few that I've recently made.  I need to figure out how to take a good picture of them!

Scrap Scrap Scrap

I had one goal Saturday, to finish scrapin my honeymoon pictures. Goal Accomplished! Whew, now I can start working on the wedding pictures. I decided I wanted to put all my wedding adventures into one scrap album, wow lemme tell ya, that's a lot of scrapin. Here are a couple of pages I did this weekend. Sorry about the poor color and visuals on these pics. not sure what I did wrong...

I also tried my hand at card making... it's still a work in progress :)
Mom - Stop reading at this point!! I don't want you to see your cards! lol.

New Scrappy Pages

I'm so excited to hurry home and have the snow hit. Yes, I said SNOW! We are suppose to get 8-10 inches! We'll see if Mr. Weatherman is right this time. He's always lying to me! I miss the days when they said snow, and you were guaranteed 8-10 inches and no school the next day! I just worry about my poor husband having to drive to work on Saturday. Be careful honey!!
Here are my new scrapbook pages. Nothing to fancy. I've been trying to get my wedding album finished. I wanted to scrap all of our wedding events into one big scrap book. It will be fantastic when it's finished! I think my Hollywood ones need something else... any ideas?

Happy Birthday Jack!

Today is Jack's 1st birthday! We celebrated yesterday evening with a dog cake from ThreeDogBakery . They did a great job on his cake and he loved it! I know, I'm a little silly buying my dog a birthday cake, but it was his first bithday, and he is my little baby. :)
I was also able to get some scrapping done this weekend. I still think my pages look boring compared to all these scrapping sites and blogs i look at. I just not sure about using so much stuff for one or two pictures....and I dont have a good die cut machine. I just can't seem to stomach the $200-$500 for the machine alone, then spend anywhere from $10-$100 on the diecuts and programs to use the dang machine. I think Minnie Mouse page is my favorite :)

Scrapbooking

So i've been scrapping on and off for about 7 years now and i have only completed one albulm.. not to mention i'm not very creative with it. Most of my pages look plain and simple. My cousin marie is starting to get into it and has given me some good ideas. I have so much scrap junk that it's eating me out of my little kitchen i work in. What's bad is that i spend probably about 40-50 dollars each time i go to the craft store! Im not catholic, but since it yesterday was ash wednesday, i think i'm going to climb aboard this year and pledge to not go to any craft stores! Then maybe I can use all that i have and save money at the same time! Below are a couple scrap pages I recently did... you'll see how plain they are... One is a section of my Bachelorette party, the other is for my beach pictures. I did a plain page for my rehearsal dinner page but it's blurry.

Breaks up, back to work i go. Toodles!

Scrappy Scrappin

This weekend I was a scrapbooking fool! My cousin, Marie, and I spent the whole weekend at craft stores and at home scrapbooking. Lots of fun. No pictures to post yet. I am just not one of those talented scappers. I put a picture on a colorful page and im done. lol. But this weekend Marie and I finally decided to step it up and be more creative. Some pages I see of others Scrappers is so freakin detailed, they must use 6 sheets of paper, ribbon, buttons, string... wow!
